Instant ways to sparkle

As previously discussed (my non-regular readers can catch-up here), Monday is usually our least radiant day of the week. AKA most of us are tired, grumpy and not looking or feeling our best right now.

As much as I like to convince myself that a slab of especially gooey chocolate brownie is the best cure for moments like this- unfortunately, most research proves otherwise. For example, did you know the most effective way to quickly boost your energy is to take a brisk 10 minute walk? Nope, I didn’t either ( although I probably could have saved a small deposit for a houseĀ on soya milk lattes).
