I’m not a bootcamp kind of girl (walking, yoga, muesli and moderation is more how I roll!) But I couldn’t help but fall in love with the cutest health brand to come out of NYC in 2012: Body and Eden.

If you thought mixoligists were just people who take fancy cocktails a bit too seriously, Aubrey Levitt and Hiliary Deppeler are their nourishing equivalents; micro-blending superfoods so you get the benefits of juice, without the nasties commonly associated with your average Tropicana (AKA high sugar and empty calories).

Packing punches with spirulina, chlorella, barley grass and then mixing them with ancient healing remedies, their tonics and elixirs come in the prettiest bottles with irresistible tag-lines like: “I have calm”, “I have glow”.
