10 Rules for Living (by the Dalai Lama)

As the year draws to a close, who doesn’t think over the bits they loved? And the bits they are more than happy to leave behind! I used to dread London Januarys -so cold and boring with everyone saving and dieting and detoxing off any kind of fun after Christmas.

But, actually, now I like to start the year thinking how I’m going to live better! How I can enjoy it more and improve on myself further than the year before. For anyone who hasn’t read the Dalai Lama’s 18 rules for living (you can see all and a weird pic of him here), I just love them!  All simple, quiet obvious, and yet so easy to forget at the same time.
